The NEW Greenmount West Community Association

Greenmount West is located in central Baltimore. It is one of two neighborhoods (Charles North is the other) that comprise the North Central Historic District, a district listed on the National Park Service's National Register of Historic Places. It is also part of the Station North Arts and Entertainment District.

The photo above is of Boundary Square Apartments (building #84001351 on the National Register of Historic Places) located in the 300 block of E. North Ave. These rowhouses were built in the late 1800s by the Belvidere Land & Loan Co. The architectural style is known as Second Empire which is best described as Italianate style with a Mansard roof.
