Our Mission

The mission of the Greenmount West Community Association is to improve the standard of living, quality of life and economic status regardless of gender, creed, culture, or class for all Greenmount West residents.
 
 

Why Join?

The Greenmount West Community association is a nonprofit organization. Your donations allow us to deliver inclusive programming to our community at no/low cost and support operational costs (utilities, taxes, signage, etc.). This also includes supporting events such as monthly Stoop Nights, Jazz in the Park, Movie Nights, Dumpster Days, placemaking projects, and much more!  

How to Become a Member

To be a member of the Community Association, one must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; reside or own property in Greenmount West; and complete a membership form. Businesses (both professional and commercial), organizations and institutions (including but not limited to those providing cultural, social, educational, religious, health and/or human services) that are located within the physical boundaries of Greenmount West are also entitled to join with a single membership per organizational entity. Members are regularly updated on association and community activities via newsletter and community meetings, participate in GWCA board elections, and voting on key association matter presented to the membership. Joining the Greenmount West Community Association is simple. We ask that you make a donation using the link below. Suggested donations are between 10 dollars ($10) and two hundred dollars ($200) annually.
