Meetings take place at OpenWorks (1400 Greenmount Ave.) on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:30 pm and are open to the community (please email the chair for a copy of the agenda in advance).  All requests for community letters of support (e.g., for the Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals) must be presented by the requester at a regular meeting.  See the Committee Protocols and Procedures for details on location, how to request a place on a meeting agenda, and the committee’s rules.
